CS Shashank Ghaisas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Bachelor of LLB and a B.Com graduate. He is a Founder Partner of AVS & Associates and has over 15 Years of experience in varied Company Law Matters such as Takeover of Companies, Secretarial Audit, Revival of Companies, Liasoning with various Statutory Authorities. He is actively involved in Administration & Management of the Firm. He is in-charge of Research, Training & Development of AVS.
CS Vijay Yadav is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a B.Com graduate. He is a founder Partners of AVS & Associates with over 10 Years of professional experience in handling Listed Companies and SEBI Law . He is actively involved in Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance Compliances, Corporate Arrangements, Due Diligence, Postal Ballot, Revocation of Suspension of Trading of Shares, ESOP, Delisting of Equity Shares, Private Placement, Execution of Resolution Plan under IBC, Drafting and Vetting of legal agreements etc.
CS Anand Mukherjee is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a B.Com Graduate. He is a Founder Partner of AVS & Associates. He has over 10 Years of wide exposure of Corporate Compliances, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Restructuring, Takeovers, Fund Infusion, Board Structuring, Closure of Companies and compliance in relation to Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP’s). He also handles matters in relation to FDI, ODI, ECB and setting up Branch office and Liaison office in India.
CS Reena Ratnani is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has been associated with AVS and Associates since it's inception. She has greater than 6 years of experience in handling compliances of debt listed companies, secretarial audit of listed and unlisted companies, due diligence of companies. She is also actively involved in event based compliance of companies such as change of name, objects, issue and allotment of securities etc., providing advisory services to management w.r.t. corporate laws, vetting of company records, incorporation of Limited Liability Partnerships, private, public and non - profit making companies and regular compliances of Companies and LLPs. In addition to the above, she is also in charge of imparting training in the organization on various laws. She also has keen interest in giving effective presentations to her audience on varied subjects.
CS Sameer Shinde, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Commerce and a law graduate, is a Senior Associate at AVS & Associates with a sound of experience of more than 6 years. His experience areas consist of Listed Company Compliances including SME Listed companies under SEBI Laws, Companies Act, LLP Act etc. He also has active participation in Secretarial Audit, Postal Ballot, Issue of Share Warrant/Shares, ESOP, Merger & Amalgamation and other Corporate events. Further, he also has experience in Execution of Resolution Plan under IBC, Delisting of Equity Shares and Revocation of Suspension of Trading of Shares.
