AVS & Associates, is a peer reviewed firm of Practicing Company Secretaries based at Navi Mumbai formed in 2016. The name of the firm, "AVS" is coined from the first letter of the name of the three founder partners i.e Anand, Vijay, Shashank. The firm has been established with the philosophy of building a Team of Professionals who can provide good quality services in the field of Company Law & other Corporate Laws.
Since its formation, the firm has been playing a key role for its clients by providing them with the required support in relation to corporate law matters, consultancy and advisory services, adopting good governance practices and setting up of a compliance system. It has thereby assisted its clients to carry out business activities in compliance with its legal eco system not only in letter but also in spirit.
AVS & Associates has a committed team of more than 20 individuals including qualified Company Secretaries who have assisted in incorporating more than 150 companies contributing to the national ideology of encouraging entrepreneurial spirit. It has also been a partner to many Companies during their journey to meet Corporate Guideline in relation to Company law and have rendered services to in relation to infusion of funds, Board structuring, Corporate Restructuring and Takeovers etc. In addition to client services, the Partners firmly believe in upgrading the knowledge of its team which ensures rightful services to the clients.
