AVS consolidated operations into a single, larger Navi Mumbai office, expanding its client base to over 100 organisations, including reputed CA and Law Firms.

Diversification Era
The firm diversified into SEBI Laws Matters FEMA and RBI compliances — including FDI, ODI, and ECB matters — and began serving foreign subsidiaries operating in India.

Excellence & Recognition
AVS was appointed as Secretarial Auditor / Consultant to several renowned Companies such as MCX, Metropolis Healthcare, Balaji Telefilms, GM Modular, Bliss GVS, Indo Amines, Transindia, Arkade Developers, Sumit Woods, Ribbons & Balloons, while expanding its in-house team to 35 professionals.
Over the years, AVS has successfully incorporated more than 200 Companies, partnered in IPO and Fresh Issue Listing Journeys, Led corporate due diligence for takeovers, and managed Revival, Revocation of Suspension, ESOP Implementation projects with excellence.
